Please review these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before utilising the services offered on the www.bookedup.com.au website operated by BookedUp ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Legal Agreement

This agreement constitutes a legal understanding between Client and BookedUp. The agreement encompasses the entire scope of services provided and does not include any terms and conditions of Client unless agreed to in writing by BookedUp.

Purchases/Payment

Upon sign-up, the initial setup fee will be charged directly to your credit card. Our services will commence only after your nominated payment method has been successfully charged. The initial setup fee is non-refundable.

Subscription Clients

BookedUp's Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in arrears on a recurring payment schedule, 7 days after the sign-up date. BookedUp will automatically charge your nominated credit card weekly for our management fee unless a different agreement has been reached between both parties. BookedUp reserves the right to engage a debt collector and legal counsel at your expense for any unpaid invoices overdue by 7 days. Unpaid debts incur the maximum enforceable penalty rate.

Fixed Term Agreements (monthly, ongoing)

BookedUp's Services are billed in arrears on a recurring payment schedule, 7 days after the sign-up date from your authorised nominated card. Your agreement (monthly) will automatically renew at the term date unless BookedUp is advised of your intention to cancel before your minimum term end date.

Pausing Elite Legal Leads Management

If you wish to pause your management with BookedUp, we require 1 week's notice via email. The maximum pause time period is 4 weeks unless an alternate agreement is reached. All paused clients will have a resume date as discussed with the client manager upon the pause request.

Termination of Service

If you wish to cancel/terminate your BookedUp's management service, please advise us in writing. We require 4 full weeks' notice, and 4 full weekly payments will be charged at this time. Upon termination, any outstanding monies must be paid within 7 days.

Advertising Management Service T&C's

Google Ads: While BookedUp manages your Google Ads account, specific terms and conditions apply. By entering this Agreement, you authorize us to access your Google Ads account for the purposes of management. We own all intellectual property associated with the Ads Service. Cancellation of our management does not stop your Google Ads advertising from running and incurring fees.

Landing Pages

All landing Pages are the property of BookedUp. Landing Pages are available for a separate fee as an additional service.

Changes to T&C's & Pricing

These Terms & Conditions, including pricing, can be modified at any time by BookedUp. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us immediately.
